“We hired Gold Beech Construction to install heated floors and update two bathrooms with new tile floors and new bathroom cabinetry. Initially, we were just thinking how great it would be to have warm floors in the winter, but after the job started their team quickly diagnosed the cause of several issues that had been plaguing our house and the job turned into both a bathroom remodeling and a construction remediation repair job.

Besides doing a spotless job, with an eye for perfection, always on time, and willing to work with our scheduling, the Gold Beech team diagnosed two critical problems with our bathrooms; they explained to us what we needed, how they would fix it, and quickly purchased and installed all the materials, with the highest level of professionalism and knowledgeable advice. The team traced an old water damage issue, cleaned all affected wood and replaced the subfloor before starting the remodeling job. With all of this extra work, they kept us informed and showed us everything they were discovering, adjusted the timelines of the job professionally and kept all extra work reasonably priced.
