This custom home was designed for a growing family who needed flexibility: space for entertaining, room for multiple generations, and a first-floor suite built for long-term accessibility. The first-floor suite addresses immediate multi-generational needs while providing future flexibility as the family’s requirements evolve.
The exterior honors traditional farmhouse proportions while the interior prioritizes openness and light. An expansive great room with 22-foot ceilings anchors the main floor, connecting to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms distributed across multiple levels. Custom white oak stairs with waterfall edges become a sculptural element within the open floor plan, complemented by millwork and warm wood tones throughout.
The primary suite occupies its own wing. The vaulted bathroom includes a soaking tub positioned beneath a dormer that frames sky views, a deliberate moment of pause within an otherwise active household.
The performance details are less visible but equally intentional. High insulation values, all-electric systems, and solar-ready infrastructure ensure the home functions as efficiently as it lives comfortably.
