Mid-Century Modern Breezeway
A beautifully designed breezeway addition bridges the gap between the existing home and the detached garage. The new breezeway features 12′ wide, floor-to-ceiling mahogany windows paired with a matching sliding window and three skylights. The live sedum roof and mahogany slat-wall blend seamlessly into the new extensive landscaping surrounding the home; a homage to the mid-century modern ideals of integrating nature into the architectural design. Accompanied by custom built-in cabinetry, a mahogany bench seat, and a stunning open-riser staircase, this breezeway elevates the mid-century modern architectural design with 21st-century practicality.
