1. Pre-Construction
The pre-construction process is designed to hone in on the vision for your project and develop a comprehensive plan for your renovation.
During this stage, we focus on understanding your needs, desires, goals, and lifestyle, as well as your schedule and investment amount.
We collaborate with architects, designers, and trade partners to develop your project’s design, task sequencing, construction details, and contingencies as accurately as possible. This allows us to deliver a detailed plan and schedule for your project, so your home gets the treatment it deserves, and you get all the information you need to make an informed decision.
Goal: To fully understand your vision and develop a comprehensive project plan.
Impact: Create construction documentation, a detailed schedule, an itemized and transparent budget, and empower you to make informed decisions about your project.
2. Construction
With the pre-construction phase completed, all stakeholders involved in your project now have a clear roadmap to bringing your vision to life.
Our in-house team of highly skilled carpenters, suppliers, and trade partners will ensure that the work is completed to our quality standards and that your project is finished on schedule and on budget.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Project Manager and/or Site Superintendent, who will coordinate communication and manage the project from start to finish.
Goal: Transform your vision into reality with expert management and efficient execution.
Impact: Maintain high-quality standards, keep the project on schedule and within budget, and leverage a single point of contact for ease of communication.
3. Post-Construction
After your project is complete and every detail lives up to your vision, we move into the post-construction phase.
Our one-year proactive warranty period goes into effect, which includes a six-month and twelve-month check-in.
We also provide you with a service and maintenance guidebook, including equipment manuals and maintenance schedules/instructions for any systems that were installed as a part of your project, as well as emergency shutoff and utility locations; all in one convenient place.
Goal: Ensure long-lasting satisfaction with the completed project and provide ongoing support as needed.
Impact: Give you detailed information for maintaining your new space, as well as provide full transparency and support for peace of mind, well after your project is complete.
